Econo Lodge Inn & Suites Lugoff

Excellent place with free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and non-smoking rooms. I remember when the staff helped me with an insect bite during my first stay. I highly recommend it. I'm definitely coming back for Christmas!

It was a place to stay in route

A/c didn't work, HBO didn't work, staff not helpful continental breakfast was lacking choices

The rooms need to be up dated. Doors need to be replaced. The sound outside travel to easy into the room. Need full size ironing board and iron.

Consider bringing your own snacks, as the local dining options may be limited and it's nice to have something convenient on hand for late-night cravings.

Property is clean and convenient to LLugoff.

Ice machine on the second floor does not work and the breakfast(?) offering was pretty poor.

The motel was convenient for our purpose of visiting nearby relatives. The value was fair, but we stayed in a better motel in Thompson, GA, the previous night for $20 less.

1. Toilet did not flush well (may be a general problem in Lugoff which I understand has no city-wide sewer system). 2. Wi-Fi was very slow. 3. Heater fan was noisy, and kept waking us up when it would turn on at various times. 4. Breakfast was so slim when we visited a year ago, we did not bother to try it out this time. 5. Entrance to motel is quite awkward; one needs to turn into the Waffle House parking lot entrance, or else you drive right past (perhaps a note could be added to the website to this effect). 6. My wife did not like the plastic covers on the mattresses (I found them to be no problem) 7. Bathroom door squeaked loudly whenever it was moved. 8. No significant discount for AARP, retired military, or AAA. 9. Package of coffee was too large for the one-cup coffee pot.

The inconsistency in service was disappointing, particularly with loud cleaning staff at 9 AM and a rude front desk agent. My experience was overshadowed by the lack of cleanliness in the room and poor communication.

Hotel was famous, we thoroughly enjoyed this place.

The staff were pleasant, ready to any request. Booked a room with a kitchen.

Everthing was good.

Unexpected challenges but cozy nights

The staff's warm smiles and helpfulness were good, despite the room's shortcomings. I fondly recall gazing at the bustling streets from my window as the sun set.

Location: the hotel was very close to several stores that can be walkes to to pick up things ranging from convince items to fast food, and Waffle House. Furthermore, in the middle of jackson.

the AC worked very well but there were roaches by the fridge.

The queen room reeked of smoke and had burn holes in the sheets. The bathroom was unacceptably cramped and not clean, with cracked tiles and hairs in the tub. While the free Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, the overall state of the room and facilities left a lot to be desired.

Stayed in a Queen Room. Clean beds, clean showers. Good Wi-Fi. Found a strange odor in the fridge. TV channels limited. Staff friendly but slow check-in process.

We explored the Historic Camden Revolutionary War Site, a fun adventure for the whole family. The variety at breakfast kept everyone well-fed, especially the mini-muffins and waffles!

In my wife's opinion, the hotel could have included more kid-friendly meal options.
